Key Job Responsibilities

Professionals with expertise in collections management will manage customer accounts to minimize debt and ensure timely response to all inquiries. They will also provide high-quality service that meets the company's vision of building life-long customers.

  • Effective Debt Management: Ensure customer accounts are professionally managed and collected to minimize the company debt position, reducing the number and dollar value of accounts operating outside of trading terms.
  • Customer Service: Provide courteous service congruent to the company vision of building life-long customers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks such as sorting and actioning inbound customer emails and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in reconciliation, computer literacy, and knowledge of Flick Terms of Trade and credit policy. A minimum of 2-5 years Credit Controller experience in a high transactional volume environment is required.

  • Reconciliation Skills: Strong skills in reconciliation.
  • Computer Literacy: Experience using Open Item system, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge and Requirements: Knowledge of Flick Terms of Trade and credit policy, and at least 2-5 years Credit Controller experience in a high transactional volume environment.
