We are a national pharmaceutical company engaged in distributing and promoting ethical drugs. We are looking for a competitive Medical Representative who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment.

The Medical Representative will act as the key link between our company and healthcare professionals and you will aim at meeting sales targets.

As a Medical Representative, your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company's pharmaceutical and medical products and maximize sales growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifying and establishing a new business, as well as developing a long-term relationship with existing accounts
  • Assess clients' needs, present suitable promoted products, and visit customers based on the assigned frequency.
  • Liaise with and persuade targeted customers to support decision-making by utilizing the recommended sales technique based on comprehensive disease and product knowledge.
  • Quality execution of all agreed on marketing strategies, programs, and plans of action to manage territory business.
  • Uses multiple data sources to analyze and review territory performance dynamics and build territory insights that would support sales target achievement
  • Profiling of MD prescribers and trade accounts; administrative reports
  • Ensures availability of the company's product lines in the hospital and trade.
  • Implementation and adherence to all company's activities aligned to its Vision, Mission, Expectations, Values, and Code of Conduct

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or Bachelors Degree
  • Effective Communication and empathic listening skills to relate to customers
  • Persuasive, impactful, persevering, and, a team player
  • Self-driven individual, confident and willing to be trained
  • Result-oriented, focused, and flexible to change,
  • Long-term goal in pursuing a career in sales and in doing fieldwork and travels.
  • Fresh Graduates
