About the role

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Specialist/Supervisor to join the team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development and optimization of the company's organizational structure, processes, and culture. Based in our Ortigas, Pasig City office in Metro Manila

What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct organizational assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective change management strategies
  2. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and engagement
  3. Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives
  4. Provide guidance and support to managers on people-related issues, such as performance management, conflict resolution, and talent development
  5. Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement
  6. Contribute to the development of the company's organizational culture and foster a positive, collaborative work environment

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field
  2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related discipline
  3. Strong knowledge of organizational development principles, change management methodologies, and HR best practices
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  5. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  6. Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs
  7. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in the education or technology sector
