Job Title

A key role exists for an Employee Engagement and Organizational Development Specialist who will support the Culture & Strategy Management Unit in developing, aligning, and implementing tools, programs, and processes that impact overall organizational culture, communication strategy, and business strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Design frameworks and interventions aligned with business goals
  • Support engagement tools, solutions, and processes to drive employee satisfaction and productivity
  • Collaborate on engagement data collection and analysis to inform business decisions
Culture Development & Program Implementation
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee experience and engagement
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in organizational culture and development
  • Suggest and implement creative solutions to address cultural and developmental challenges
Employee Relations & Event Management
  • Plan and execute events, rewards, and wellness initiatives to foster a positive work environment
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
  • Maintain documentation of event planning and execution
Employee Communications
  • Develop and disseminate communications to keep employees informed about organizational changes, initiatives, and performance metrics
  • Manage internal communications channels to facilitate open dialogue and feedback
  • Support performance improvement and strategic planning through effective communication
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field required
  • At least four (4) years of experience in Human Resources handling employee engagement and organizational development/effectiveness functions
  • Ability to conduct offsite field work as required
  • Hybrid work setup available in Ortigas Pasig
