About the Role
The US Healthcare Recruitment Administrator is a key position responsible for creating high-quality, submission-ready profiles for clinicians. This involves formatting resumes, gathering references, and organizing certifications, licenses, and skills checklists.
You will work closely with Talent Advisors to ensure all submissions meet compliance and presentation standards, providing an exceptional clinician experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in an administrative, data entry, or document processing role, preferably within a recruitment, staffing, or healthcare administration environment.
We utilize AI tools to enhance our hiring efficiency and ensure a fair evaluation of all candidates.
