Healthcare Recruiter Needed – Commission-Based Salary

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in navigating Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) clients.

The successful Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals for contract and permanent roles across the U.S. They will work directly with MSP and VMS platforms to manage job orders and submit candidates.

The role requires a strong understanding of the MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines. The ideal candidate must have access to their own sourcing tools, such as job boards, databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for contract and permanent roles
  • Work with MSP and VMS platforms to manage job orders and submit candidates
  • Utilize own sourcing resources and tools to identify top healthcare talent
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals within an MSP and/or VMS environment
  • Strong understanding of the MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines
  • Must have access to own sourcing tools, e.g., job boards, databases, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours or solely on weekends if preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote role
Compensation

Competitive commission-based salary, with no cap on earnings.
