Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients across multiple channels while supporting key marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage daily live chat conversations with online platform clients, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Monitor and manage the customer care inbox, handling all communication effectively and efficiently.
- Act as primary point of contact for client concerns requiring escalation, providing solutions or escalating to senior staff as needed.
- Keep the retail operations team informed of complex enquiries and trends, enabling informed decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar position within a related industry.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in merchandise or ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
