Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Parañaque for a Customer Service Representative Escalation Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for handling and resolving customer escalations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer complaints, conducting follow-up communications, collaborating with other teams to address issues, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer service
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve escalations
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
