Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
About the Role:This is a critical position within our organization that requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. As a customer service specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries via various channels, including phone, chat, and web.
You will also have access to enabling technology to complete client inquiries and transactions. Your ability to document all cases in the case management application will ensure seamless customer experience.
In this role, you will work with complex cases within the team or escalate to higher tiers for resolution or contact with third-party vendors as needed.
Key responsibilities include demonstrating exceptional customer service skills, developing a basic understanding of business, financial, and organizational factors related to HR activities, and maintaining strong organization skills, attention to detail, and follow through to resolve outstanding issues.
You will also exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills and have experience with data reporting tools, trend analysis, and CRM systems (SalesForce/Service Now preferred).
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree required for this role.
