Job Description

The role of Deductions Associate involves driving client value by providing financial support through distributor/retailer back-up retrieval, collections, and transaction processing. We are seeking a hardworking, bright, and energetic professional to join our team as a Deductions Associate.


The successful candidate will be responsible for navigating distributor, direct, and logistics portals to gather the required backup documentation, maintaining an Excel spreadsheet that tracks missing deduction backup items, communicating with engineers when the web scraper does not work as expected, and creating and sending email reports to clients with status updates twice a month.


This is an exciting opportunity to participate in and help shape our customer's journey to the Cloud. We need someone who has lived on the front lines of Small to Midsize Business (SMB) helping these companies better understand, optimize, and analyze trade spend dollars.


Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in Trade Promotion Management
  • A background or education in Accounting
  • Business level English fluency required
  • Beginner knowledge of SaaS products preferred, including Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite
  • Experience working in a start-up and comfortable with change
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills
  • Eager to learn and fosters a desire to serve customers and create win-win partnerships
