Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to monitor and optimize the daily financial operations of our innovative payments platform.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of settlements and disbursements, performing essential reconciliations, and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundational knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), a keen eye for detail, and a passion for problem-solving. They will work closely with both internal and external teams, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
- Perform regular reconciliations and analyze any discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
