Financial Operations Specialist

The role of Financial Operations Specialist plays a pivotal part in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial records. Collaborating with cross-functional teams globally, this position is responsible for overseeing financial assurance projects regionally and coordinating global policies.

This includes reviewing operational processes to identify potential weaknesses in billing controls and providing recommendations for prevention and detection. Additionally, the Financial Operations Specialist will liaise with business units to address key deficiencies found during audits, provide exceptional service assistance to business unit requests for research investigations and analysis, and lead complex contracts to bill audits by comparing terms and billing records.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or related field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in finance or a related field.
  • Preferably 1-4 years of experience in general/cost accounting or equivalent.

This role requires flexibility to work remotely on a night shift schedule. Candidates must be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
