Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in providing technical support for our financial software, ensuring seamless operations and resolving customer issues efficiently.

Job Description:

The Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert-level technical support for our financial software, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements;
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service requests;
  • Developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills of internal stakeholders;
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field;
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the financial industry;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and SQL;
  • Experience with cloud-based financial software and databases;
  • A thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and regulatory compliance.
