Financial Operations Specialist
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations department, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Responsibilities:- Manage financial transactions, including payment processing and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and review financial reports for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, Intacct, NetSuite, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
