The Job:

As a Recruitment Professional, you will be responsible for connecting skilled healthcare workers with patients and families who require their services.

You will conduct thorough screenings of candidates, work efficiently when needs arise, and ensure each placement is ready to start immediately.

  • Source qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers
  • Conduct thorough interviews and manage screening processes via specialized tools
  • Utilize platforms like job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks for outreach
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintain and update candidate records in recruitment databases
  • Support document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Track recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire
  • Recommend ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency
What We Are Looking For:
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sourcing and placing healthcare professionals
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of effective recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Proficiency in using specialized recruitment software and tools
  • Understanding of compliance requirements and regulatory guidelines
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficient written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working remotely with a reliable setup
