Job Overview

Recruit and screen volunteers for clinical trials at a remote, night shift role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen potential volunteers via telephone to determine preliminary eligibility for study participation.
  • Schedule consent/screening appointments for volunteers who pass the preliminary phone recruiting interview.
  • Contact previous volunteers using a company database to successfully recruit them for studies.
  • Answer calls promptly and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Conduct demographic and medical history phone interviews with volunteers using prepared questionnaires.
  • Record and review demographic information and medical history while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Schedule volunteers for further screening and/or consent appointments if they meet criteria.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as copying, filing, and completing spreadsheets, to support the recruitment process.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in any Life Science or Healthcare-related course.
  • Preferably, contact center experience that provides knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
