Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a healthcare recruiter.
About the Role:
- Sourcing and recruiting international healthcare workers including Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Care Assistants, and Allied Health Professionals.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with job boards, social media, referrals, and healthcare institutions to source candidates.
- Conducting initial interviews and clinical assessments, as qualified, to assess candidate suitability.
- Celebrating the entire recruitment process, from application to deployment, ensuring seamless candidate processing.
- Ensuring all candidates meet partner-specific qualifications and country-specific compliance regulations (e.g., AHPRA for Australia).
- Maintaining a robust candidate pipeline aligned with deployment targets, tracking and reporting recruitment KPIs weekly.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related medical field preferred.
- Proven experience in medical or healthcare recruitment, preferably with at least 2 years of experience.
- Familiarity with international healthcare deployment processes is a significant advantage.
- Laptop with Intel i5 processor or equivalent, minimum 8GB RAM, SSD storage (256GB or higher preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload).
- Backup internet connection (e.g., pocket Wi-Fi or secondary provider).
