Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee our hiring process from strategy to onboarding. This role involves attracting and bringing in top talent who fit our company culture.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop innovative hiring strategies to meet our objectives
  2. Collaborate with team leads and department heads to understand hiring needs
  3. Mentor and support recruiters to achieve their goals and grow professionally
  4. Lead the recruitment flow from sourcing to interviews to onboarding
  5. Monitor key metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire
  6. Bring fresh ideas to keep our candidate pipeline strong
  7. Run regular team huddles and check-ins to stay aligned and motivated
  8. Analyze trends in the market and our hiring data, and act on them
  9. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  10. Share regular updates and insights with the HR Manager
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  2. At least 3 years of recruitment experience in a BPO or call center setting
  3. Minimum 1 year of supervising a recruitment team
  4. Hands-on experience with end-to-end hiring from sourcing to job offers
  5. Track record of handling high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
  6. Confident in using data and metrics to make recruitment smarter and faster
