Overview

The Full-Cycle Recruiter is an offshore role designed for an experienced recruitment professional who can independently manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to offer negotiation. You'll enable onshore leaders to focus on client engagement while ensuring a consistent pipeline of top-tier candidates.

Colombian and International Teams.

Advanced English (B2/C1+).

Timezone

Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; follows Colombian holidays.

Term

Non-fixed Term Contract.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in agency or high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open roles with minimal supervision.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other online tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust across teams and candidate networks.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tech tools.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or remote teams preferred.
  • Prior client-facing experience is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting process for a variety of roles, including intake meetings, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
  • Write compelling, accurate job descriptions tailored to role needs and company culture.
  • Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Manage candidate communication, including interview scheduling, feedback, and follow-up.
  • Facilitate offer negotiation and onboarding handoff once a hire is made.
  • Act as a collaborative partner to hiring managers, providing market insights and recommending recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, bottlenecks, and candidate feedback.
  • Contribute to shaping interview processes and improving time-to-hire metrics.
  • Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS and relevant databases.
  • Track metrics related to hiring efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring satisfaction.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment operations, tools, and reporting.
  • Help strengthen employer branding through positive candidate experience and outreach strategies.
