Job Summary:

The Key Account Executive will be responsible for developing, managing, and further growing Branded Bulk LPG sales in the Visayas region through effective key account management, direct business model expansion, and maximizing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve volume and margin targets.
  2. Managing and monitoring daily volume performance and providing feedback to account managers.
  3. Implementing ILC policies, channel transformation initiatives, and key accounts strategies.
  4. Coaching key accounts staff in managing and growing their business.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Key Account Executive, you must have a minimum of 1-2 years combined marketing and channel management experience. You should also possess high personal effectiveness, able to command respect without direct authority. Additionally, prior experience in FMCG channel/distribution management is strongly preferred.
