Job Description
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Staff Outsourcing Solutions. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date product information to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide excellent customer support
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Average typing speed of 45-50 WPM
- Knowledge of e-commerce and retailing is a plus
- Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel files
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company
