Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Workforce Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workforce planning, scheduling, and productivity. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and maintain headcount and capacity planners for assigned processes.
* Develop forecasts for volume, productivity, and shrinkage.
* Create monthly reports for individual accounts.
* Validate production and non-production hiring and internal movements.
* Analyze scheduling outputs and recommend changes as necessary.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on capacity planning and hiring matters.
* Work with cross-functional teams on resource planning and movements.
* Supervise and train team members performing work tasks and responsibilities.

Candidate Specification
* Education Qualification: Graduation, preferably in Math or Science major.
* 2-5 years of WFM experience in a BPO setting.
* Responsible for all risk management and compliance activities applicable to this functional role.

Critical Skills Required
* Good working knowledge of computer software, including MS Office and above-average MS Excel skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills.
* Strong interpersonal and people management skills with a good problem-solving approach.
* Expert knowledge of service procedures.
* Good analytical skills in MIS, number crunching, and reporting to internal and external customers.
* WFM Tool Competency (IEX, eWFM, etc.).
* RTA/MIS Experience is advantageous.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and has initiative.

Requirements
* College Graduate/UG of 2 years (completed 4 sems) of any field.
* Knowledgeable in reporting and analytics with a background in RTA/MIS.
* Must be knowledgeable in handling different WFM tools.
* Availability: ASAP joiner is an advantage.
