Senior Technical Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to fill technical positions across IT and Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for these roles and excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
This is a fast-paced role where quality, urgency, and teamwork matter.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit top talent for technical positions across IT and Engineering
- Partner with hiring managers or clients to understand technical job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels
- Screen candidates for both technical qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Track progress using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Proven experience as a recruiter in the technology industry
- Direct experience recruiting for IT and/or Engineering roles (e.g., software, QA, systems, network, mechanical, civil, etc.)
- Strong understanding of technical skills, tools, and hiring language
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Experience using sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and applicant tracking systems
