Job Description

  • Source and assess qualified candidates for skilled and unskilled healthcare roles, such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.
  • Conduct thorough phone screens and manage interviews via specialized tools.
  • Utilize recruitment platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and social media groups to effectively outreach and engage potential candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
  • Support the collection of required documents, verify licenses, and conduct background checks.
  • Monitor recruitment funnel metrics, including application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Offer recommendations to enhance hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in recruitment.
  • Proven track record of recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to close candidates effectively.
  • Highly proactive, self-managed, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics is essential.
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach to handling compliance tasks.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely with a reliable setup.
  • Able to obtain the necessary technical equipment.
