Job Overview

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our recruitment team as a Recruitment Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Recruitment Managers and contribute to ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dependable support to the recruitment team in managing candidate communications, emails, and schedules throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, onboarding documents, and other recruitment-related materials.
  • Maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and manage virtual documents.
  • Support the creation and improvement of recruitment processes, SOPs, and resources.
  • Post job ads and prepare client- and candidate-related documents.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to keep recruitment operations running smoothly.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in recruitment support.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable in handling multiple tasks.
  • Positive, passionate, and eager to grow with us.
  • (Bonus) Experience with HubSpot, Calendly, PandaDoc, Excel, or recruitment tools.
