Global Payroll Expert

eClerx is looking for a skilled professional to handle payroll operations globally. This role involves gathering and validating payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with country-specific regulations.

  • Gather and validate all payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, salary updates, bonuses, and statutory leave data.
  • Coordinate payroll timelines and ensure pre-processing activities are completed in accordance with country-specific deadlines.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Canada, UK, US, Australia, and New Zealand, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Review employee records in Dayforce and Sequoia to ensure accurate payroll data.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing timely resolutions.
Key Requirements
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance requirements in at least one or more of: Canada, UK, US, Australia, New Zealand.
  • Experience using payroll and HRIS systems; Dayforce preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for payroll reconciliation and reporting.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality.
