Contract Administration Expert

This role oversees the entire contract lifecycle for large-scale projects, encompassing development, risk assessment, and claims management. Ensuring contractual compliance throughout engineering, procurement, and construction phases is a key responsibility.

  • Drafts and negotiates comprehensive contracts defining project scope, timelines, costs, payment terms, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align project objectives, mitigate risks, and maintain positive client relationships.

Key skills include contract negotiation, subcontractor engagement, variation and claim management, strategic risk analysis, and alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards, and internal policies.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) is required; a Master's in Engineering, Project Management, or Business is preferred.

At least 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, commercial support, or claims management within the EPC sector are essential. Familiarity with managing subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and service contracts is also necessary.
