This is a full-time work from home role

As Payroll Services Manager, will be part of this US based global organization and will play a crucial part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our departments that span across locations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Managing the end-to-end payroll process for multiple clients, including calculating and processing payroll, tax filings, and other payroll-related tasks
  2. Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
  3. Analyzing payroll data and generating detailed reports for stakeholders
  4. Providing guidance and support to department heads on payroll-related matters
  5. Supervising and training the payroll team to maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency
  6. Collaborating with other departments, such as accounting and HR, to ensure a seamless payroll experience for clients
  7. Continuously improving payroll processes and procedures to enhance the client experience

What we're looking for

  1. Must be Accounting graduates
  2. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a payroll management or leadership role, preferably in the BPO, Accounting or HR services or related industries
  3. Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll best practices
  4. Proficiency in using payroll software and HR information systems
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payroll-related issues
  6. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and the internal team
  8. A team player with the ability to lead and mentor a payroll team
