Key Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to oversee accurate, timely payroll operations and manage client billing processes across multiple countries.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead payroll processing across AU, US, and other global jurisdictions.
  • Oversee client invoicing, revenue recognition, and billing reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Evaluate and enforce compliance with local, state, federal, and international laws.
  • Manage payroll queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
  • Reconcile payroll and billing with general ledger, taxes, and benefits contributions.
  • Oversight of payroll and billing systems, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Collaboration with Finance, HR, and Operations to align payroll and billing with accounting and business needs.
  • Preparation of payroll and billing reports for leadership, audits, and compliance reviews.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
  • 5+ years of payroll and/or billing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of PH and AU billing regulations, tax, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing payroll and billing across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Familiarity with payroll and billing systems (ADP, Gusto, Xero, NetSuite, Deel).
  • Excellent reconciliation, reporting, and revenue recognition skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
