Payroll Billing Specialist Job Description

The Payroll Billing Specialist is responsible for managing payroll and billing processes. This role involves processing time worked, data entry, verifying payroll data, and ensuring compliance with laws and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process payroll and billing tasks efficiently and accurately.
  2. Assist the billing department with generating, reviewing, and distributing customer invoices.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in payroll and billing software, Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
