This job role is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced environment and make a meaningful contribution to the organization. You will be responsible for day-to-day data entry activities, including payroll and billing, and will work closely with market teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.

About the Job:

You will be reporting directly to the Director of Payroll & Billing, and your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and market teams.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Process requests from clients and set up orders in a timely manner.
  • Manage payroll and billing transactions, including following up on outstanding invoices.
  • Transact entries in 3rd party billing systems and prepare supporting attachments.
  • Maintain order and assignment housekeeping, both daily and periodic.
  • Monitor and address level 1 work orders, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Research client, customer, and associate escalations, providing effective solutions.
  • Confirm and address direct deposit setups, ensuring seamless integration.
Sales Operations:
  • Provide sales administration support, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
General Support:
  • Participate in data efforts for special projects, leveraging your analytical skills.
  • Monitor and respond to emails, ensuring prompt communication.
Human Resources:
  • Maintain employee records, verifying accuracy and completeness.
  • Research client, customer, and associate escalations, providing effective solutions.
  • Conduct internal audits and gaps analysis, identifying areas for improvement.
Technology:
  • Monitor and address level 1 work orders, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Order, monitor, and schedule timekeeping clock setups, streamlining processes.
  • Monitor secondary systems and escalate abnormalities, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Route applicable items to proper owners, ensuring efficient mail management.
  • Complete technical reviews, ensuring systems align with intentions.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • English fluency required; knowledge of Spanish is a bonus.
  • Computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office/Google Suite and Quickbooks.
  • 2-4 years experience ideal, but not mandatory.
  • Access to sufficient computer equipment and internet access at home and office.
  • Flexibility to work beyond normal scheduled hours when necessary.
