We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Finance and Bookkeeping Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of international payroll processes, including regulatory compliance and statutory requirements. They will have excellent attention to detail and be able to navigate complex payroll nuances across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end payroll for clients across the United States, United Kingdom, Malta, and Australia.
  • Handle all payroll-related tax filings, including jurisdiction-specific deductions and employer obligations.
  • Manage compensation structures, statutory contributions, and benefits processing per country.
  • Ensure full compliance with local employment and tax regulations.
  • Serve as an internal advisor on payroll compliance and reporting.
  • Demonstrate 2–3 years of experience in global payroll operations, with advanced knowledge of state-specific payroll taxation in the US.
  • Proven experience working across US, UK, Malta, and Australia payroll systems.
  • Deep familiarity with statutory requirements, employment law, and benefit systems.
  • Strong experience in using payroll systems and generating payroll reports.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in global payroll operations, with advanced knowledge of state-specific payroll taxation in the US.
  • Proven experience working across US, UK, Malta, and Australia payroll systems.
  • Deep familiarity with statutory requirements, employment law, and benefit systems.
  • Strong experience in using payroll systems and generating payroll reports.
