Australian Payroll Manager

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Associate to join our team in this challenging role.
About the RoleThis individual will be responsible for processing payroll data, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Process Australia Payroll accurately and efficiently
- Oversee payroll data processing for employees, including verification and reconciliation of salaries, hours worked, and deductions
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Provide support to employees on payroll-related questions and issues
- Assist with payroll tax calculations and filings
- Lead the implementation of new payroll processes and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution
- 3+ years of experience in payroll or a related field
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
