Job Description:

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for managing sales pipelines, coordinating communication between clients and sales personnel, and maintaining our CRM system to ensure data accuracy.

Your proactive approach in assisting with lead generation, preparing sales proposals, and tracking sales metrics will be key to the success of our sales efforts.

  • Engage with customers to gather and understand their product needs
  • Convert customer requirements into accurate quotes
  • Collaborate with vendors and distributors for pricing and deal registration
  • Discuss quotes with customers and secure their approval
  • Coordinate as necessary with internal team members
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their purchases

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field, strong organizational skills with an eye for detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in CRM software, ability to multitask and manage time effectively, and familiarity with sales processes and customer service practices.

Minimum two years of experience in sales administration or a related role, preferably in a technology-related field or MSP industry, and demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
