Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Associate to provide administrative support to our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of sales reservations and commissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • We pre-book and post-book sales reservations, ensuring compliance with documentary requirements and other necessary details for contract preparation.
  • We accept and encode new sales submissions for review by senior teams.
  • We verify seller hierarchy in SAP, checking status and coordinating with the business systems team to create temporary roles when needed.
  • We review commission rebate computations and payment terms for accuracy, comparing standard operating procedures to records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
