We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the implementation of construction project management software. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with software setup and configuration, as well as a strong understanding of construction workflows.

The role involves configuring and customizing construction software platforms, importing and organizing vendor data, and creating standardized templates for estimates, budgets, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize construction software platforms
  • Import and organize vendor data, cost codes, budgets, and documentation
  • Create standardized templates for estimates, budgets, schedules, and reports
  • Build and refine internal workflows aligned with project processes
  • Organize and integrate digital project files within the system
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure software reflects real-world execution
  • Maintain internal documentation and user guides for best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with construction software setup/configuration
  • Proficiency in Excel and data organization
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows (estimating, bidding, scheduling, subcontracting)
  • Comfortable working in a non-client-facing role
  • Excellent attention to detail
