Project Coordinator for Construction

This role involves coordinating and managing multiple construction projects. We are looking for a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to serve as the key liaison between architects, drafters, expediters, and other professionals.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management or a similar field. They will be well-versed in the construction industry and have a strong sense of responsibility, organization, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor project filings, permits, and approval processes
  • Follow up with architects, drafters, and expediters to ensure project milestones are met
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure documentation is up-to-date
  • Serve as the main point of contact for various project stakeholders
  • Anticipate potential project delays and proactively address them
  • Track progress of multiple projects simultaneously and report regularly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management or a similar field
  • Solid understanding of construction processes and terminology
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines independently
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English

  • Document Management: Google Workspace, Dropbox, DocuSign
