Job Role

The Construction Administrative Assistant is a vital role in the management of construction projects.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff members.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings and appointments with contractors and vendors.
  • Prepare and organize construction-related documents, including contracts, permits and reports.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables and budgets using project management tools.
  • Assist in vendor communication and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Requirements
  • Minimum three years of full-time work experience in construction or a related field.
  • Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and multi-tasking.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduated with honors from a reputable college (preferred).
