Job Description

We are seeking a Project Architect to join our team. The role involves overseeing architectural design and documentation, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring construction works comply with plans, codes, and quality standards. The Project Architect will also collaborate closely with clients and project teams to deliver functional, cost-effective, and aesthetically sound solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants for project requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and quality standards.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and construction documents.
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver functional and cost-effective designs.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect (PRC)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in architectural design and/or construction projects
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and regulations
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with project teams
