Senior Accounting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting Professional to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership potential, and a passion for solving complex accounting challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform end-to-end general ledger accounting
  • Partner with the finance controller for ASC 606 recording and commission expense reporting
  • Design and implement processes for capitalizing software development costs under ASC 350
  • Prepare and present financial reports for senior leadership
  • Lead projects requiring technical accounting research, GAAP compliance, and memo preparation
  • Identify and implement process and system improvements
  • Participate in software implementations, process upgrades, and cross-training initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CPA with a bachelor's degree in accounting
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience
  • 2-3 years in Big 4 audit or multinational companies
  • At least 2 years working with U.S. clients (insurance and tech company experience is a plus)
  • Strong exposure to ASC 606
  • QuickBooks, Bill.com, and credit card transaction expertise
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently while acting with integrity and professionalism
