About the role

Seeking an enthusiastic and driven Account Officer to join the dynamic team at League One Finance and Leasing Corporation (LOFLC) in Cagayan de Oro. As an Account Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing the company's client portfolio, ensuring the delivery of exceptional financial services to our valued customers. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for generating business for the Branch unit.
  • Responsible for dealer coordination within the branch area of responsibility.
  • Maintains good relationships with clients, dealers, and employees of LOFLC.
  • Helps in monitoring loan repayments and assists in handling collection

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar Account Officer role within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and interpret financial statements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field
  • With driving skills
