Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Cold Calling Sales Professional to drive growth by engaging potential customers, sparking interest in our solutions, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule consultations between prospects and the sales team.
  • Accurately inputting and updating customer information to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Representing the company professionally in all conversations to build trust and credibility with clients.
  • Ensuring all calls meet company standards and requirements, and delivering accurate and timely reports to inform business decisions.
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives to optimize lead generation strategies and enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or similar role.
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong internet connection and designated professional workspace to ensure productivity and focus.
  • Amenable to working on a graveyard shift to accommodate diverse client needs.
