Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Brand Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a diverse portfolio of restaurant brands, ranging from high-end fine dining to casual concepts.

The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and creative, with excellent English communication skills.

  • Experience supporting multi-location hospitality or restaurant or hotel brands is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt marketing voice and messaging to diverse brand identities and customer bases.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to drive business growth through strategic brand management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Maintaining and updating reservation platform profiles across brands, monitoring reservation data, and generating actionable reports.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer reviews and coordinating with local teams to uphold a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Brand Voice & Messaging: Switch seamlessly between high-end and casual restaurant brand voices, ensuring all marketing communications align with each brand's identity and audience.
  2. Marketing Operations & Campaign Execution: Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp. Maintain and update reservation platform profiles across brands, monitor reservation data, and generate actionable reports.
  3. Reporting & Analytics: Compile detailed actionable reports covering email marketing, reservation performance, social media metrics, and paid advertising results.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp), reservation systems (OpenTable, Resy), CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), and online reputation management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
