Sales Development Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads through outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings with target B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 150-200 outbound calls per day to U.S.-based prospects
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with target B2B clients
- Follow up on a warm lead list of over 5,400 contacts
- Build and manage personalized follow-up sequences in the CRM
- Collaborate with senior management to test and refine outreach messaging
- Keep accurate, organized records of activity, outcomes, and insights
- Consistently hit weekly activity and booking goals
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation, ideally in a B2B, U.S.-facing market
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and rejection handling
- Strong English communication skills - both spoken and written
- Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales engagement tools
- A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and high accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling to executive assistants, procurement teams, or corporate gift buyers
- Knowledge of the U.S. promotional product or holiday gifting markets
- A track record of exceeding quotas in a previous SDR/BDR role
