Key Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to build and maintain strong relationships with Global System Integrators (GSI) partners, drive business growth, and increase our market share.
About the Position:
- This senior leadership role entails developing and executing strategies for sales growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving commercial outcomes through GSI partnerships.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in alliance or indirect sales management roles, experience with Cloud technologies, and a passion for open-source software.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue through GSI partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, and product management to deliver targets and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with GSI partners at various levels
- Negotiate contracts and commercial business terms
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in alliance or indirect sales management roles
- Experience with OpenStack, virtualization, containers, and other Cloud technologies
- Autonomous, disciplined, hands-on mentality
- Ability to capture customer requirements, evaluate gaps, identify, and create opportunities
