Operations Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our team of bilingual associates. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience as a Spanish Bilingual Supervisor in the BPO with a strong background in customer service.

  • This is a night shift position, requiring the ability to work flexible hours and be amenable to US shift timings.
  • The successful candidate will be fluent in Spanish and must have a Spanish certification for at least an intermediate level.
  • Excellent communication skills, great people management skills, and proven critical thinking abilities are essential for this role.
About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that involves leading a team of bilingual associates, promoting mortgage products, and continually engaging with a pipeline of customers to help them retain their home via servicing and collection efforts.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading a team of bilingual (English and Spanish) associates.
  2. Promoting mortgage products and engaging with customers to help them retain their home.
  3. Maintaining compliance with current client, federal, and investor guidelines.
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Spanish Bilingual Supervisor in the BPO with a strong background in customer service.
  • Financial/Mortgage experience is a plus.
  • Candidate must be able to visit government-related offices such as PEZA, BIR, SEC, BOI.
  • Fluency in Spanish and a Spanish certification for at least an intermediate level.
  • Excellent communication skills and great people management skills.
