Job Title: Senior Training Manager

The Senior Training Manager oversees the Learning Services and Customer Experience teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs to meet client requirements.


Responsibilities
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Directors of LS and CE to ensure effective communication and information flow between teams.
  • Operational Excellence: Partner with stakeholders to meet client and company requirements for process adherence, training compliance, efficiency, and quality of service.
  • Onboarding and Development: Conduct interviews, assess applicants, and provide feedback to HR-Talent Acquisition on interview outcomes.
  • Coaching and Development: Coach, mentor, and manage performance of CE and LS Managers regarding work ethics, productivity, KPIs, and career growth.
  • Team Management: Monitor departmental morale, maintain open communication, and coordinate resolving concerns faced by team members.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Training as Sr. Manager.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Improvement frameworks such as Six Sigma, COPC, ISO; Project Management skills and MS Office.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
