Job Title

Distribution Center Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Center Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of products from our warehouse to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with 3PL Leadership Team on operational governance and agreed KPIs.

  • Ensure product availability meets In-Grade targets through coordination with DPTG and Source Plant.

  • Manage stock aging through FEFO monitoring and compliance with 3PL or customer minimum shelf-life acceptance.

  • Take the lead in inventory reconciliation with 3PL after each cycle count schedule.

  • Validate delivery discrepancies through Proof of Delivery with 3PL Team during credit invoice checking for release.

  • Generate BODR for non-conforming goods and pass-on claims for those under 3PL accountability based on contract.

  • Support IT in the transition of SAP S4 from SAP ECC and assist operations at the site with S4 issues and concerns as a S4 Super User.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/College Degree required.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience preferred.

  • Proficient knowledge in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation.

  • Leadership and communication skills essential.

  • Experience in root cause analysis beneficial.

  • Willngness to be assigned in Tacloban City.
