Senior Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned operations professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional results.

About the Job

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in similar roles, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing and maintaining client service level agreements; implementing improvement plans as needed
  • Maximizing revenue generation through effective forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis
  • Selecting, training, developing, and managing the performance of direct reports and their associates
  • Managing operational reports, including attendance adherence, productivity, and quality metrics
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Providing guidance and coaching to team members to ensure consistent application of company policies and standards
  • Leading regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports to review individual performance and provide developmental coaching
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in a management role, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to analyze and improve work processes; establish a course of action for self and others to accomplish a specific goal
  • Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion while maintaining a professional demeanor
