- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
- Adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset are highly valued in this position.
- A personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent is required for optimal performance.
- A minimum of 15 Mbps upload and download internet speed is necessary for seamless connectivity.
